Your first steps with TychoCare™
This guide walks you through the essentials: installing sensors, setting up the dashboard and making sure responders are ready to use the system.
Each TychoCare™ kit includes Hubs, sensors, power supplies and quick‑start instructions. Check that all items are present before beginning installation.
Place TychoCare™ Hubs and sensors in key rooms such as the hallway, bedroom, and kitchen. For detailed placement advice, see the Sensor Placement Guide →
Use the TychoCare™ Provisioning App to register and configure the TychoCare™ system elements, confirm connectivity and assign the home to a responder team.
Responders can log in to the TychoCare™ portal to view activity patterns, alerts and daily summaries. See the Dashboard Guide → for a full walkthrough.
Once installed, TychoCare™ begins learning daily routines. Responders will start receiving insights as patterns develop over the first few days.
